*meaning there is no penalty to the SELLER if they don’t sell to the highest Bidder and NO COMMISSIONS to Seller or Buyer if item sells… AND…the BUYER has the right to refuse the purchase after the auction ends if misrepresentation is discovered at the Post-Sale Inspection.
